1When will applications be open?
Applications for NessCon will open on the 15th October 2016
2How much will tables cost?
Tables at NessCon will cost £75.00 per table. If you book the entire weekend you can get this for £100 per table. Saving £50.00 per table.
3How big are tables?
Table sizes are 6ft by 2ft. Table linen will be provided in the cost of the table.
4How do I pay on successful application
A member of the NessCon/ Highland Heart Events team will confirm when your application is successful by email. You will be provided with Case reference, once this has been received one of the team will contact you with 7 working days to arrange payment. This can be done over the phone. Please ensure you do not write your card details by email due to Data Protection.
5How many tables are allowed?
Applicants can purchase two tables at NessCon, please remember the cost of the table is per table.
6How many chairs do I get?
You will be provided with 2 chairs per table, additional chairs will be charged at £5.00 per chair
7Do I get provided with a ticket?
Vendors will be provided with unique colour coded wristbands for entry into the venue. Each vendor will be provided with two wristbands, additional wristbands will be sold at a ticket price.
8Can I transfer my wristband to another person?
This is not permitted. The vendor must be the bearer of the wristbands. If you are bringing a member of your staff or a volunteer, they must be indicated to the NessCon Team upon the successful appointment of application.
9Do I require insurance for my stall?
We do not provide insurance for your stalls. You should provide your own insurance in case of lost, stolen, broken or damaged goods and displays.
10Electrical Equipment
Due to health and safety requirements, all electronic equipment must be PAT tested and proof must be shown either on a sticker or in certificate form. If your display requires power please use the 'any other additional box' on the application form to let us know
11If my application is successful can I cancel?
Once applications have been successful and payment has been taken this booking is confirmed, The booking then becomes non-amendable and non-refundable. You will be unable to transfer to another day either.
12Can I use a Card Terminal at NessCon?
Yes, you can use a Card Terminal at NessCon. You must be able to provide your own as we do not supply them. Eden Court and NessCon are not able to take liability for loss of Data, please ensure that you follow your PCI DSS Compliant rules. Eden Court Wi-fi is a Public Network, we would advise you to have a secure dongle. Wi-Fi can be slow with more vendors applied to the network.
13What time will I be able to set up?
Set up for NessCon will be arranged Friday 7th July 2017. Access can be arranged from 6pm Members of the team will be present at all times until the venue closes. Access in the morning will be 6am. Vendors must be set up no later than 8.30am on Saturday the 8th July 2017.
